1. Introduction

OFIndex Directory respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement.

2. Our Role

OFIndex Directory is a directory service that provides links to publicly available OnlyFans profiles. We do not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted content. All content is hosted on OnlyFans servers.

3. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, send a DMCA notice to with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work • Identification of the infringing material • Your contact information • A statement of good faith belief • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate • Your physical or electronic signature

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same information plus a statement consenting to jurisdiction in your district.

5. Repeat Infringers

OFIndex Directory will terminate accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate.
